All products displayed on our store are eligible for exchange or return in accordance with the terms and conditions stated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and in its original packaging.
Exchange or return requests are reviewed and approved within 3 business days.
Once approved, the courier will contact the customer within 3–5 business days.

Please send clear photos of the product along with your city, address, and order number if the product is defective, damaged, or not usable as agreed, to arrange an exchange.
A full refund will be issued if the delivered product is completely different from the description shown on our website’s product page.
